Millcreek Area Basement Remodel
Complete remodel of basement. The original basement was not finished when the home was constructed in 2007. The new basement consists of a gaming room, a pool room, a state of the art home theater room,
a poker table area, a wet bar, a new bedroom with walk-in closet and laundry facilities, and a new 3/4 bath.

Harvard Yale Basement Remodel
Complete remodel of basement. The original basement consisted of a family room with the rest being unfinished. The heating/air conditioning systems, plumbing & electrical were
all replaced. The end result was a remodeled family room with an open stairway to create a larger, more comfortable space, a new bedroom with new egress window, a new bath, laundry
room and a storage area.

Foothill Basement Remodel
Complete remodel of basement. The basic layout of the rooms was kept the same with the exception of closet space & entrance configurations. The mechanical
room was relocated, eliminating the two foot hallway leading from one end of the basement to the other. The heating/air conditioning systems, plumbing & electrical were
all replaced.

Harvard/Yale remodel
This basement was completely gutted and re-constructed with the same layout as before.
New walls were framed to provide space for insulation, electrical, plumbing and multi media hookups. The
family room was enlarged by four feet in order to accomodate the intended furniture for the room. This
space was taken from the original stairway. A new stairway was constructed in a different area of the home.

This basement was completely gutted and re-constructed. New walls were framed to provide space for insulation,
electrical and plumbing. The owners moved their master bedroom to this basement. A new bath was constructed with
a full sized bath and a walk in shower seperated by glass block.

electrical and plumbing. Over 1/2 of the basement area was constructed as an apartment with one bedroom, one bath,
a kitchen/living room combination, and an area for the stack washer & dryer.

This basement was left ready to complete when we remodeled the home a few years ago. We had framed all of the exterior walls
and placed heat runs and plumbing lines where we thought they should go. A large family room was added with two enlarged windows
and built-ins along one wall. A steam bath was added along with an additional guest bedroom and crafts room.
